A Diploma of Community Services (Case Management Specialisation) (CHC52015) is perfect for students requiring specialist skills in the community service sector. Students begin by completing 8 core units which focus on advanced communication, reflection and ongoing professional development. Students graduate with the practical skills to implement and evaluate at least 1 community sector service program.

Students also complete a further 8 elective units to create the Case Management specialisation. They learn about all aspects of case management like coordinating complex cases and working within a child protection framework.
