Take the next step in your community services career

Already working in community services and ready to take on more responsibility? The CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services builds the skills you need to coordinate programs, manage cases and support other workers and volunteers. You can complete the general Diploma or choose the Case Management specialisation.

At Skills Generation, every enrolment starts with a conversation. Before you sign up, we do a complete run-through with you to understand where you want your career to go and make sure this is the right course to get you there. You’ll study online to suit your own schedule, around your work, family and other commitments, with one-on-one Zoom sessions with a trainer who has worked in community services. Most students finish in 1 to 2 years, studying around 10 to 15 hours a week. You’ll also complete at least 100 hours of work placement. If you already work in the sector, your current role may count towards this.

• For placement: a police check, current First Aid certificate, flu vaccination, Blue Card and Disability Worker Screening Card
