If you have been a workplace trainer for at least three years and already hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, the next step in your training career is the TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training. Focus on becoming a leader of other trainers and sharpen mentoring and communication skills. You will learn new approaches to designing learning programs, as well as delivery and assessment strategies.
