Ensure the Safety of Transport Activities (Chain of Responsibility)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This Unit of Competency focuses on the necessary skills and knowledge to proficiently recognise, implement, and adhere to chain of responsibility legislation, regulations, and workplace protocols pertaining to heavy vehicles within one's specific job role. The course encompasses explaining the key elements of the chain of responsibility, implementing the prescribed obligations, and detecting and reporting violations in accordance with the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), as well as relevant state/territory laws and regulations.
