Food Safety Supervision Skill Set
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)These units will help you develop safe and hygienic handling practices by providing you with a better understanding of food safety programs. The principles of the ANZFS Code and food safety systems such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (or HACCP) and Covid19 legislative requirements.
Upon satisfactory completion of this training and assessment, you will receive the certification for the nationally recognised SITSS00069 – Food Safety Supervision Skill Set. This certification is required by Food Standards Australia and New Zealand and the WA Health Department.
