Nationally Recognised Higher EducationThis qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
ACOS requires that all students:
- Are over the age of 18
- Completed year 12 high school or equivalent
- Demonstrate an interest in, knowledge of, and suitability for work in the business management industry. This will be assessed during an interview conducted prior to enrolment.
- Complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Test.
Students would have to complete one of the following: Bachelors Degree; or Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualification in related fields of study and 1 year equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience; or three years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience
Have intermediate computer skills
