Nationally Recognised Higher EducationBSB80120 - Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) This course is aimed at developing highly specialised knowledge and skills in in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design, and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. This qualification may provide academic credits into master’s level qualifications, e.g., Master of Education or related degrees. Elpis has not negotiated any articulations at the moments and any credits into higher degrees will be subject to those institutions own credit policy.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- 18 years or over at the time of commencement.
- Year 12 or equivalent high school certificate
- Applicants have an Advanced Diploma level qualification in business or management with at least 2 year’s demonstrable and relevant level work experience.
