Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) The CPCCLBM3001 Licence to Operate a Concrete Placing Boom (PB) course provides students with the essential practical skills and theoretical knowledge to safely operate a concrete placing boom in accordance with Safe Work Australia’s standards. The curriculum covers planning the work, setting up the boom, delivering concrete, and performing proper shutdown and security procedures. This course is specifically designed for individuals in the construction and infrastructure sectors who need to obtain a High Risk Work (HRW) Licence.
