Managing Projects: A Short Course for Surveyors to Manage Day to Day Projects
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This 4-day course aims to improve your management skills and provide you with the tools to communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle from a field surveyor perspective. In today’s increasingly matrixed work environment, managing projects that cross job functions, geographies, and seniority is increasingly commonplace. Yet it is estimated that up to 70% of projects do not meet their original objectives, stay within their defined scope, schedule or agreed-to budget. This course will provide technical and graduate surveyors the opportunity to control their projects in a more effective way.Delivery mode
