Students who do not meet the admission requirements may be eligible for admission to the Graduate Certificate in Engineering Studies (C11238) or the Master of Engineering (C04271)

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- IELTS score of 6.50 or TOEFL iBT score of 79.00 or PTE score of 58.00 or its equivalent AND
Applicants must have the following:
• Completed Australian bachelor's degree, or overseas equivalent, in Engineering or Information Technology, at the Engineering technologist level or below, with more than 75% of all subjects completed at pass level (conceded pass not included)Applicants who do not meet the above pass-rate requirement will be considered if they have one of the following in addition to a completed Australian bachelor’s degree, or overseas equivalent, in Engineering or Information Technology, at the Engineering technologist level or below:
• Completed Australian graduate diploma or graduate certificate, or overseas equivalent, in any field of study with more than 75% of all subjects completed at pass level (conceded pass not included) AND A minimum of 2 years full-time, or equivalent part-time, relevant professional experience
OR
• Completed Australian master’s or doctoral degree, or overseas equivalent, in any field of study AND A minimum of 2 years full-time, or equivalent part-time, relevant professional experience- IELTS score of 6.50 or TOEFL iBT score of 79.00 or PTE score of 58.00 or its equivalent AND
Applicants must have the following:

Australian student visa regulations also require international students studying on student visas to complete the course within the standard full-time duration. Students can extend their courses only in exceptional circumstances.
