This course is designed for professionals aiming to excel in the property development sector, including those in valuation, construction, engineering, town planning, and architecture. You must meet ALL of the following requirements:
At least 1 years work experience in a related field.
Completed Bachelor Degree (AQF Level 7) or above or overseas equivalent, in Architecture and Building, Engineering, Management and Commerce, Law and legal studies, or Economics and Econometrics.
IELTS score of 6.50 or TOEFL iBT score of 79.00 or PTE score of 57.97 or its equivalent.
Applicants who do not meet the criteria above should consider applying for C11271 Graduate Certificate in Property Development.
The general requirement for admission to postgraduate coursework study at UTS is an Australian bachelor's degree or overseas equivalent.
However, for some courses other qualifications and experience may be considered, including:
- graduate certificates, graduate diplomas or a TAFE diploma
- substantial work experience, substantiated with letters from employers
