Operate a Gantry or Overhead Crane
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This nationally accredited training covers all aspects of operating an overhead (Gantry) crane providing the necessary skills and knowledge required to safely and competently operate a 3 phase overhead gantry crane.
Students will be able to report and record faults, undertake risk assessment and control, identify lifting equipment, pre & post-start inspections, lift and shift various loads safely, and shut down equipment and cranes as per AS2550, manufacturer instructions and site procedures.
