Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The course is designed for people that want to gain the knowledge and skills to understand the mandatory work health and safety legislative requirements prior to undertaking construction work. The program requires the individual to demonstrate personal awareness and knowledge of health and safety legislative requirements in order to work safely and prevent injury or harm to self and others. This course is also known as White Card training.
This course is mandatory for anyone wanting to work in the construction industry, Traffic Management Industry or where a workplace maybe considered high-risk. This training product can be used for Credit Transfer into qualifications that allow the unit as an imported elective in their packaging rules. Upon successful completion of this training program, Safe Work NSW issue a White Card. The White Card should be carried by each individual whilst working.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
All candidates must supply a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Available at www.usi.gov.au
All candidates must bean Australian Citizen, permanent resident, NZ citizen, or a humanitarian visa holder
All candidates must provide 100 points of Identification
All candidates must be between 17-24 to be eligible for fee-free training.
