Resident Letting Agent Licence (QLD)

Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll be able to manage and rent out units on behalf of both owners and body-corporates. You’ll collect rent across the building complex, conduct property inspections and operate a trust account.

However, to qualify for a Residential Letting Licence QLD, you must first complete the required course with a registered training organisation (RTO).
