Undertake Vertical Rescue

The Vertical Rescue course at ERGT Australia gives learners the skills and confidence to take part in rescue operations using ropes and specialised equipment.

This 4-day training equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills to carry out rescues in vertical environments using ropes, knots, and specialised rescue systems.

The training also supports desired skills including conducting risk assessments, applying casualty handling techniques, identifying hazards and implementing control measures, and contributing to post-rescue debriefs. Learners must be physically fit to climb, lift, and work at heights while using personal protective and rescue equipment.
