Work Safely on Scaffolding Higher Than Two Metres

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This course provides participants with the essential practical skills and theoretical knowledge to identify work requirements, access work areas, and conduct tasks safely on scaffolding exceeding two metres. The curriculum covers critical safety topics, including the OH&S Act, fall prevention codes of practice, and Australian Standards for harness and fall arrest systems. Students learn to identify common hazards, implement the hierarchy of control, and understand emergency rescue procedures and suspension trauma prevention.
