Helideck Assistant careers

A Helideck Assistant supports safe helicopter and passenger movements on offshore platforms, vessels, or remote sites. You might work for energy companies, maritime contractors, or resource facilities. You will focus on baggage handling, aircraft refuelling, and monitoring the landing area for hazards. By assisting with passenger manifests and safety checks, you ensure all transit is documented and meets strict aviation regulations.

Helideck Assistants play a vital role in protecting personnel during high-risk operations. You must be alert and physically fit to handle equipment and assist in emergency response duties like firefighting. You will work closely with the Helicopter Landing Officer and flight crews to ensure every landing and take-off is executed safely and efficiently.
