If you have a Certificate III in Individual Support CHC33015 you will receive credit transfer for a number of the units of competency in this course. Undertaking this course will advance skills and knowledge to provide better support and assistance with elderly people’s daily routines, prepare for the responsibility to supervise other workers and critical skills in development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.
