The BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is designed for developing and emerging leaders, including team members stepping into their first team leader or supervisor role, who want to strengthen their practical experience with a nationally recognised qualification. You will build your ability to lead a team, coordinate plans and resources, and support the people you work with.
This qualification gives you practical, work-ready skills across leadership, communication, workplace relationships, critical thinking, continuous improvement, and personal development. You will practise these skills through realistic workplace scenarios and role plays with your trainer and peers.
It is a qualification that helps you build the knowledge, confidence, and capability to take your first or next step into leadership across a wide range of industries, guided every step of the way by trainers who care about your success.

입학 요건
To ensure that learners can fully participate in the course and meet all requirements, the following entry conditions apply:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a visa with full work and study rights.
- Have completed a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment via the LLN Robot platform and met the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) Level 4 standard prior to enrolment.
- Have a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI), or be willing to obtain one.
- Have sound computer skills, including:
◦ Ability to navigate software systems.
◦ Intermediate use of Microsoft Word (formatting, tables, editing) to complete assessments. - Have access to a laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection to complete online modules, attend virtual Zoom classes, and take part in role-play assessments via Zoom. Full minimum system requirements, including operating system, RAM, and browser specifications, are available on the Hader Institute of Education website and in your Learner Handbook.
- Complete a Pre-Training Review interview (via phone or Zoom) to confirm eligibility and readiness to undertake the course.
