Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to apply for employment in roles in customer service and mid-level management in banking or other financial institutions, i.e. customer contact centers or retail financial services environments. At this level graduates are expected to apply specialist skills and knowledge in a range of situations to deal with complex situations and issues.
