Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification helps you develop the skill and knowledge required to be an effective Business Manager, Team Leader, Project Manager of any other positions relevant and applicable in leadership and management. Also, it provides you with the opportunity to apply skills and experience in a leadership and management role to practice a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. During the Work-Based Training of the course, you will be able to develop and use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer your knowledge to others, and to develop and use conceptual skills to express ideas, and perspectives to respond to complex problems.
