Their responsibilities include adhering to established procedures for sampling raw materials and products, potentially handling packaging, labelling, storing, and transporting samples. They use basic equipment like hydrometers, thermometers, and pH meters for measurements, as well as conducting elementary tests that are brief in duration and revolve around a limited set of variables with easily identifiable control parameters. Additionally, they may carry out visual inspections of products and their packaging.
