Certificate II in Work Education

Gain valuable workplace skills and confidence with a Certificate II in Work Education offered in a supported environment at Wodonga TAFE. This qualification will enable students to continue to build confidence and essential skills for entering the workforce. Students will learn in the classroom and on the job through work placement options. This course will improve employment opportunities and ensure students feel more prepared to enter the workforce. Students practise interview skills with a careers specialist and investigate job opportunities. Resumes and cover letters are reviewed and polished ready for their future job hunt. While consolidating their skills, students will also complete industry units that are recognised towards Certificate II or III courses. Once complete, students may continue into other Certificate II or III courses or gain entry-level employment. Personal management, teamwork and communication skills will set students up for positive outcomes and a strong future in the workforce.
