Certificate IV in Community Services
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Be there for people that need it the most. When you complete the Certificate IV in Community Services Work you'll have the skills needed to support all people in the community, as an outreach officer, welfare support worker, or case worker. As part of this qualification you will undertake a work placement where you will be able to apply the skills and knowledge you have learned.
