Certificate IV in Patisserie

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This nationally recognised qualification provides the skills needed to be a qualified cook specialising in patisserie. The course provides a pathway to becoming a pâtissier or pastry chef and taking on a leading or supervisory role in the kitchen. Graduates can work in a diverse range of hospitality settings including patisseries, restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.
