Demonstrate First Attack Firefighting Equipment
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This unit will provide a sound knowledge and skill base to use portable fire extinguishers, fire hose reels and fire blankets. This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to evaluate and extinguish gas fire. It includes preparing for a fire response, carrying out initial evaluation of the fire, extinguishing the fire and concluding a fire response.
