According to the Australian Government's Job Outlook service, the number of people working as human resource managers is experiencing strong growth. This very large occupation is set to create around 48,000 jobs over the next five years, ensuring your skill will be in high demand.
Learn how to manage workforce planning, develop employee and industrial relations policies, manage conflict resolution negotiations, and plan, manage and evaluate the delivery of human resource services. You'll also discover how to develop and implement performance management processes, encourage effective employee performance, and manage the recruitment, selection and induction of staff. You'll get the opportunity to gain industry experience while studying through project-based assessments.
Successful completion of this course will allow you to confidently seek employment in a management role in human resources across a range of industry areas.
