Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Good leadership, or lack thereof, directly impacts the success of a team at its highest levels, the organisation itself. This course is for professionals who may be new to leadership roles looking to gain or strengthen key leadership skills.
This Diploma delivers the essentials of good management while allowing you to develop your style of leadership. Hone interpersonal skills vital for effective communication including motivation strategies, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
We will conduct an interview with you before enrolment to determine how we can support you in your learning journey with HBTA. We want to ensure that we understand your needs, and this also gives us an opportunity to identify areas where we can implement strategies to ensure you get the most out of your experience while studying with HBTA.
