This latest release BSB50420 - Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification (supersedes BSB51918 - Diploma of Leadership and Management) is ideal for candidates seeking the skills and knowledge to lead and manage individuals, teams and organisations. The course is suited to individuals currently in or looking to undertake leadership and management roles and provides a succinct overview of core business fundamentals that are key to business operations.
The qualification comprises of core business units of competency covering disciplines including business Operations management; leading and managing workplace relationships and team effectiveness; emotional intelligence; project work; core transferrable skills including time management, leadership, communication and planning.
Entry Requirements
This is an open entry course with no pre-requisite qualifications. We recommend that students undertaking this course are over 18 years of age at the time of commencement; have successfully completed a year 12 certificate or equivalent; have a strong grasp of computer/technical skills; Microsoft Office (or freeware equivalent) installed on their computer; access to a reliable high-quality internet connection; adequate literacy/numeracy skills.
