Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. This qualification provides skills and knowledge required to perform effectively as manager, team leader or supervisor managing workplace. It will assist to develop initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and workload of others. It also further enhances the understanding of the principles underlying the effective functioning of work groups, as well as the necessary skills required to be competent within small/and or large organisations.Delivery mode
