Expand your career potential with the Diploma in Leadership and Management. This qualification will teach you practical skills and enable you to develop your capability in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

You will develop your initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring your workload and the workload of others. Learn how to hone your communication prowess to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

Graduates will be able to identify, analyse and disseminate information compiled from a variety of sources. To plan, design, apply, implement and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems.

This course is fully-subsidised for domestic, onshore students via the Victorian Government’s Skills First initiative.

Entry requirements
Completion of year 11 or equivalent (Subject to the assessment and approval of Baxter Institute Admission team); Applicants must be 18 years of age and above; To assist prospective students to determine whether a course is suitable and appropriate for their individual needs, Baxter Institute will conduct a Pre-Training Review and LLN test; This course is only available to Australian citizens and permanent residents in the state of Victoria.
