Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the roles of participants who have a high level of project management knowledge and the skill set to apply to projects in a large variety of contexts and across multiple industry sectors. This qualification is a must for all Project Managers, Site Managers and other Site Supervisors.
Major growth opportunities exist in this market in roles such as Senior Project Manager, Project Administrator and/or Project Team Leader; delivering project scopes to teams, organisational management and development, project costing and budgeting, human resources, finance and stakeholder engagement.
According to the Australian Government’s Job Outlook service, this is a very large occupational area that is expected to create around 60,000 job openings over the next five years as it is a discipline that offers flexibility in the face of an ever-changing world.
Upon completion, students will feel comfortable undertaking complex projects in an organisation, business or as a consultant. This course will provide anyone responsible for organising, managing, monitoring and reviewing workflow with significant increases in productivity and overall effectiveness by adopting the Project Management methodology.
