HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage

The HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage is a nationally recognised qualification designed to give students theoretical competencies and practical application of remedial massage.

You will be guided through hands-on learning in a clinical environment under the guidance of our professional training team and introduced to various massage techniques while understanding their effects on muscles, nerves, and overall health and well-being.

Throughout the course, you will master the art of conducting client consultations and diagnosing muscle pain or discomfort. Hands-on practical sessions in our student clinic empower you to apply your skills in providing remedial massages and developing personalised treatment plans.

Beyond the massage techniques, this diploma course uniquely equips you with practical skills and knowledge in small business planning and marketing, empowering you to start your own successful Remedial Massage Business.

Entry Requirements

TrainSmart Australia will assess a student’s ‘academic suitability’ to ensure the student has the best chance of success. This is determined by either:

  • The student providing TrainSmart Australia with a copy of an Australian year 12 certificate; or,
  • The student providing TrainSmart Australia with a copy of a Certificate IV qualification (or above) that can be verified or,
  • The student completing the Core Skills Profile for Adults online assessment passing at or above Exit Level 3 in the Australian Core Skills Framework in both reading and numeracy.
