Drive Heavy Rigid Vehicle (HR)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) HR Licence allows you to drive Heavy Rigid – more than 8 tonnes Gross Vehicle Mass (no axle limit) +/- trailer (max 9 tonnes Gross Vehicle Mass).Delivery mode

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
WA Drivers’ Licence for at least 2 years OR an LR or MR Licence for at least a year
If you hold an interstate or international licence, please contact the Dept of Transport to obtain either a Learners’ Permit or transfer your interstate licence to a WA licence.
