This course teaches how to manage first aid services and resources. During this course, you’ll get all the necessary knowledge and skills to provide first aid, do first aid risk management and manage first aid resources in the workplace. HLTAID016 is included in the occupational first aid skill set.

This course is suitable for people, who work in high-risk industries such as construction, manufacturing, mining where workplace accidents or injuries may happen.
