This course is a requirement for anyone who is directly involved with payouts and working in general with Poker machines and Gaming areas as a Gaming Attendant.
Many venues will also require their Bar and Restaurant staff to have this unit as part of employment due to the fact that they will at times come in contact with patrons in the Gaming area of venues. The course outlines how to recognize and deal with problem gamblers and what your obligations are.
