Responsible Service of Alcohol

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course provides liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness required to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises. Participants will develop their knowledge surrounding compliance with liquor laws, strategies that can be used to ensure that customers drink responsibly and that minors do not have access to alcohol through ID checks and secondary sales/supply, harm minimisation strategies, and dealing with intoxication, including assessing alcohol-affected customers and refusing service.
