Tree Felling Course - Advanced
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)If you are an experienced, skilled Tree Feller and would like to gain the skills and knowledge to fall advanced trees with a level of complexity that requires significant tree assessment and advanced felling skills, please call us to discuss this course with one of our Tree Felling Teachers.
This course covers ability to effectively fell trees of any size, species and condition, including those with significant defects and characteristics that cause excessive felling complexity. A focus of the course is on assessing trees to be safe to fell or not. This unit applies to individuals who fell advanced trees as part of arboriculture, forestry, agriculture, conservation and land management, local government, emergency services and other government agency operations.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
It is highly recommended that you have recently completed the Tree Felling Course- Intermediate or equivalent.
You must hold a current chainsaw accreditation.
