The Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science explores the science behind human movement and its relation to peak performance in sports. This course delves into human anatomy, exercise and sports physiology, exercise biochemistry, molecular biology, biomechanics, motor learning and control, and exercise and sports psychology. Students engage in various activities, including athlete testing, performance analysis, exercise prescription for healthy individuals and non-athletes, and designing strength and conditioning programs for elite athletes, providing a comprehensive understanding of exercise and sports science.
