Certificate III in Retail
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course is nationally recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework, and upon completion you could gain employment in many different types of positions to suit your needs and personal goals.
Throughout this course you’ll learn how to engage the customer, maintain daily store operations, deliver on organisational expectations and use discretion and judgement as required. This course enables you to work independently with limited supervision. Individuals working at this level may be responsible for supervising other team members and monitoring day-to-day workplace operations.
The qualification provides a pathway to work in a very diverse range of retail settings and industries including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants.
