Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring is a nationally recognised accredited course providing participants with the skills and knowledge to effectively lead and mentor individuals within small to medium sized teams across a wide range of industries. The course is designed primarily for emerging Indigenous leaders and other Indigenous personnel who have prescribed mentoring functions within the workplace.
This program suits both existing managers and leaders who wish to consolidate and build upon their leadership skills, as well as new and emerging supervisors who wish to advance their personal performance and provide mentoring support to others in the workplace or the broader community.
