This qualification provides you with the essential skills to succeed in key business management roles. On completion, you’ll be able to step confidently into senior frontline management positions or lead business operations across a wide range of industries.

You’ll manage business communication effectively, ensuring smooth information flow between teams, clients, and management, leading to greater productivity and clear direction. - Develop and Oversee Business Operational Plans
You will have the ability to design, implement, and monitor business plans that align with company goals, ensuring your projects and teams work efficiently and hit their targets. - Manage Financial Plans and Budgets
Learn to control budgets, allocate resources wisely, and oversee financial operations, ensuring the organisation’s financial health and strategic growth. - Recruit, Onboard, and Manage Teams
You will be skilled in attracting and hiring the right talent for your organisation, while also managing team performance to ensure everyone is working towards shared business goals. - Ensure Workplace Safety and Sustainability
You will develop and enforce workplace safety policies and sustainability procedures, creating a responsible and secure working environment that benefits both staff and the broader community.
Delivery mode
Australian College offers this course through the following delivery modes:
Online
Set your own study schedule and balance study with your other commitments.
Self-paced completed online in your own time, at your own pace.
This course is delivered using an asynchronous study methodology, utilising mainly online delivery (eLearning) of learning materials and assessment resources.
We provide our students ongoing support throughout the course duration via telephone, emails and/or virtual online meetings, on request.
Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
This course does not have mandatory entry requirements as outlined in the training package.
However, Australian College has certain admission criteria for this course. Prospective students must:
- Be minimum 17 years of age or older at the time of enrolment. Parental consent is required from all students under the age of 18 years
- complete a language, literacy and numeracy test prior to enrolment
- depending on the unit, students may be required to interact with actual or simulated team members, clients and staff and maybe required to participate in audio/video-recorded role-plays with others.
- obtain their Unique Student Identifier (USI) and provide it to Australian College.
- agree to comply with Australian College policies and procedures as published on the website and outlined in the Student Handbook.
- pay all fees as outlined in the Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
Course fees
- NSW Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
PAYMENT OPTION 1 – $1,500 on enrolment, $1,500 on week 2, $1,500 on week 3
PAYMENT OPTION 2 – $450 deposit, then $90 weekly (for 50 weeks) = $4,950
PAYMENT OPTION 3 – Zip Money or customise your own payment plan
NSW Smart and Skilled Funding is available for eligible students.
