Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)

This qualification helps you to be an effective Case Manager or a Supervisor who is able to coordinate, handle cases and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client/community-entered. This two-year program with 420 hours of extended work-based training will make you ready to start your career in the community services sector. Throughout the course, you will have specialised required skills to meet the needs of the community services sector through working closely with a range of industry organisations and health providers with access to the required level of support, facilities, and guidance for effective management of cases.
