This accredited VicRoads course is designed for drivers seeking to upgrade their licence to obtain a Heavy Rigid Vehicle Licence. A Heavy Rigid vehicle is described as a vehicle with 3 or more axles, including truck or bus, greater than 8 tonnes GVM.
