Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) Get the skills you need to manage your department (or even the whole venue) with the SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management. This nationally recognised qualification will give you a more sophisticated knowledge of the hospitality industry in Australia and develop your skills in leadership, communication, and business administration. The course covers: customer service management, budgeting and financial management, rostering, risk management and compliance. Choose additional electives to support your carer in commercial cookery, food and beverage, gaming, Asian cooking, accommodation services, or back of house.Delivery mode
