Diploma of Hospitality Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This nationally recognised qualification will equip you with a skillset that could take you around the globe. You'll also be equipped with strong hospitality technical skills and be trained in a diverse range of areas from processing reservations, to food and beverage preparation, to general bar and restaurant service. The hospitality, tourism and events industries are the world's largest employers and this course will give you a supervisory qualification to work in settings such as restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, pubs and in gaming, or at hotels in front-of-house areas including concierge and back-of-house areas such as housekeeping.
