If you are wanting to stand out when applying for employment opportunities within hospitality, our Diploma of Hospitality Management could help you do just that. It will provide you with a sound understanding of the managerial side of the business, as well as being able to provide high-quality customer service and develop strong business relationships with stakeholders. You will also be taught how to prepare dishes using basic methods of cookery, adhere to hygienic standards required in any hospitality environment, and how to develop a food safety program. At the completion of this course you should be equipped with the necessary tools needed to succeed in any endeavor that you pursue.
This qualification is suitable for students interested in both becoming a Chef or Hospitality Industry Manager.
Students may also be able to obtain the SIT40516 Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery at WAIFS.
