Individuals wanting to ONLY work as a sales representative in Western Australia are required to complete WA Restricted Salesperson Registration Course. This allows you to work for an established agency under the supervision of a licensed Western Australian real estate and business agent. Through this, you will only be permitted to engage in sales transactions.
As part of this course, you will be required to access and complete 13 units of competency from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. All units of competency and course content are nationally accredited, in compliance with the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 and recognized by Consumer Protection.
