Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course will equip students to build and gain practical skills to effectively work in a range of human resources roles. The job roles that relate to this qualification may include Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual in these roles is likely to be determined at a workplace level. Some smaller organisations may require employees to work across all aspects of human resources. In larger organisations, individuals may support a single human resources function.
Upon successful completion of all units in this course, students are eligible for the award of BSB60320 Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- At least 4 years work experience in a related field OR
- Completed Diploma of Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications
