Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Minimum 16 years and over (15 years for funded program)
- Must have completed year 12 or equivalent (STS) (or have Work Experience)
- Complete a Learning, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) Assessment (a minimum ACSF Level 3)
- Be computer literate and have basic or reasonable computing skills
- Must have access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone device with up to date software and stable internet connection (not necessary for face to face classes)
